This card was made in 1945 after the Southern Pacific IER abandonment in 1941. The Key System took over the IER tracks (note the IER poles), which extended service to Thousand Oaks / Solano Avenue. Note the Berkeley Public Library on the left and the Key System streetcar poles to the right of the IER poles. - OB&E Collection
